Ric started out as a plumber and Pam in office administration, later in life branching out into owning and operating 24hour licensed restaurants.
After some extensive travelling around our vast and beautiful country and coming home to Sydney we decided to try our hand at The Rocks Sydney Weekend Markets and are still here approximately eleven years later selling our delicious licorice.
We are passionate about our licorice products and would not have it any other way.
Most important to us is the face to face contact with people who come into our stand and try our licorice, especially converting the licorice hater into a licorice lover and educating those who wish to know about the process of licorice production.
We always welcome the repeat customer, many of whom come in to The Rocks Market on a regular basis for their licorice fix, and many from overseas and interstate who visit our stand every time they come to Sydney.
We enjoy the faces of the children as they try the various flavours of licorice, be it a sweet flavoured licorice or a sour flavoured licorice or even the black licorice.
So come and visit our licorice stand at The Rocks Sydney Weekend Markets on Saturday and Sunday and some public holidays and taste our delicious licorice.
